ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
An order can be placed via the order form on the website toello.com. By sending the order, the Buyer confirms that all provided data is true. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller. By sending an order, the Buyer acknowledges that the order implies an obligation to pay. The Seller reserves the right to reject an order, especially if the goods are not available or if there is a suspicion of misuse or incorrectly stated data.

PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are final. Since the Seller is a non-VAT payer, prices are listed as such. Payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery methods and their prices are specified during the ordering process. The delivery period depends on the availability of goods and the carrier’s capacity. The Seller bears no responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, but will do everything possible for rapid processing.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The Buyer – consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller via a clear statement (store@toello.com). The goods must be returned undamaged, complete, and in their original condition. Money will be refunded no later than 14 days from the delivery of the returned goods. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, unless agreed otherwise.

CLAIMS AND WARRANTY

• The Seller is responsible for defects that the goods have upon takeover by the Buyer.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)
If the Buyer is not satisfied with the way the Seller handled their complaint, they have the right to contact the Seller for redress. If the Seller rejects the request or fails to respond within 30 days, the Buyer may submit a proposal for the commencement of alternative dispute resolution to the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or other relevant ADR entities.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
The Operator processes personal data in accordance with valid legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU. Data serves exclusively for processing the order, communication with the customer, and fulfilling legal obligations. The Customer has the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, and file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). LIABILITY AND COPYRIGHT
The content of the website toello.com is protected by copyright. The Operator is not liable for website outages caused by technical problems beyond their control.

FINAL PROVISIONS
The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&C. The current version is always published on the website toello.com. Legal relationships not regulated by these T&C are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. These T&C become effective on the day of their publication.
